Crossfit Sydney
Posted by Derek on 4th March , 2008What should you do when you’re jetlagged and have been up for 36+ hours? Go get a kick-ass workout of course! I dropped in to see Andrew and the fine folks at Crossfit Sydney this afternoon. It was a tough workout. Double Unders and Clean and Jerks (hanging): 5 min, 3 min, 1 min for reps. Believe me, cleaning the bar is not as easy as it sounds after doing 5 minutes of double unders.
Look at that beautiful double under form.
That was a great workout. I can’t wait to come back and try it again tommorrow.
